Until quite recently we at Paperworks have been using City Link for all our next daycarrier requirements.
However, we have now done a deal with Interlink which has helped us to give even better customer service.
When an order is placed albeit by telephone, fax, email or via our website we make sure that we have captured an email address for the client.
As long as the order is placed by 4.00pm (it used to be 3.00pm) we will despatch the same day.
Interlink will then email all clients first thing the following morning and advise, within a one hour timeslot, what time they can expect their delivery to be made. This has already shown to be very useful to a number of our clients.
Unlike most overnight carriers who deliver between 9.00am and 5.00pm Interlink claim that all deliveries will be made by 3.00pm.
To date we are very happy with this increased level of service.
